We celebrated Elsa’s (and Ruby and Sadie’s) birthday this past weekend like we always do, with pumpkin cupcakes, music, dancing and Halloween costumes. Favors were super balls wrapped like ghosts and we asked guests to sign chalkboard ghosts. There was a microphone and instruments for kids to try out. We heard one after another’s rendition of the “ABCs” on the mic. I think Elsa loved it.

One of my most favorites gifts ever. From Kindra.

Our last two posts are up on the d*s guest blog. Wood (5th) and Tin/Aluminum. We had a lot of fun working on these and plan to continue more posts about anniversary gifts and projects as well as sharing our own anniversaries. If any of you would like to share your anniversary gifts, projects, trips, etc. with us, please email us at info@birdandbanner.com, we’d love to hear from you.

A few days a year this beautiful house in Antwerp becomes a shop, you can stroll along the floors and rooms and find the loveliest handmade clothes and accesories. Have some bubbles in the kitchen or try on some dresses in the bathroom.

another post up on the d*s guest blog. This time it’s all about fruit and flowers.
